At MICAS, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MICAS account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
